4 、downsize （公司、企业等）裁员，精减；人缩减花费
Many people start to downsize due to covid-19. 因为新冠疫情，很多人开始缩减花费。
As companies downsize and restructure, employees are asked to do more and work harder. 由于公司缩小规模，重组，员工们被要求更努力工作了。
