TOEFL 写作因为不考critical thinking，所以可以举个人的例子。在细节展开上，例子和说理没有谁好谁坏，两种方式拿到理想成绩的同学每年都会有遇到。但短期增加细节内容，例子是比较方便的。例子是不是真实不重要，重要的是围绕观点和话题来展开的。根据TOEFL 独立写作爱考的话题，不管是构思到一定的题目数还是完整写到一定的题目数，都会发现以下几个场景的例子是重复利用率比较高的

　　一、学校场景

　　比如这些题目

　　If a professor wants students to learn as much as possible about a subject in short period of time, is it better to require students to study in a group or to require each student to study alone?

　　Students who hand in class assignments after the deadline should be given lower grades?

　　Some universities ask students to make decisions about campus issues such as how many hours a library should be open for and what kinds of foods should be served in a cafeteria. Other universities hire experts to make decisions about campus issues. Which way do you think would be better and why?

　　以上以及其他涉及了学生身份的题目，如果有一个例子的情节是关于某个学生... 的，稍微根据题目改写以下，就可以比较好的用进去了。

　　二、工作场景

　　In many companies, there is a mentoring system: senior workers in a company will be required to mentor younger workers, but in recent years, some companies have also required younger workers to mentor senior workers. In some high-tech companies, especially after the companies have introduced new technology and equipment, it would be beneficial for the companies to require younger workers to mentor senior workers.

　　Some jobs pay a high salary to employees but require them live far away from their family and friends. Some jobs pay low salary but allow employees to closer their family and friends. Which job do prefer? And why?

　　For any business to be successful, it must spend a lot of money on advertising.

　　以上以及其他和工作场景有关的话题，有一个工作人设的例子是比较容易展开的，这个无关乎你是不是有过工作经历，考前准备个就好。

　　三、家庭场景

　　Parents today spend too much time trying to help determine the futures of their children; children should be allowed to make their own choices.

　　The things that family members teach us are the most important.

　　Traditions are defined as customary or established ways of doing things in a family, community, or culture. Some people believe that it is important to follow traditions even when those traditions conflict with or are quite different from their own individual preferences. Other people believe that individual preferences are more important than traditions. Which view do you agree with, and why?

　　In modern times, parents learn more from their children than children learn from their parents.

　　主要是和家长互动的例子，可以家长帮忙孩子选专业，孩子教家长用app 等

　　四、友谊场景

　　People with different interests and personalities cannot be friends.

　　Which one of the following factors do you think is the most important in terms of affecting the lasting time of friendship?

　　1. Always helping each other

　　2. Having same interests and views on important things

　　3. Trusting each other completely

　　Letting a friend make a mistake is better than saying or doing something that would destroy the friendship.

　　和朋友一起做的一件难忘的事情，或者朋友做的一件你不能接受的事情。

　　五、 生活场景 (关于News/Movie/Book) 好的脑海中有具体的对应

　　比如下面说到News 的时候能想出来具体的是关于什么的News，不然全文一直只是简单的重复News，就很难有展开了

　　同理，类似这个题目好的有关于Movie 的具体事例

　　The movies and TV made in one's own country are more interesting than the movies or programs made in other countries ?

　　People can learn as much by watching movies as they can learn by reading books.

　　有具体movies 或者 books 的例子，比概念式的重复 movies and books 效果会好很多。
