澳洲国立大学ANU宣布的消息令人震惊。2020年第二学期全部网课，直到澳洲解禁才可以入境转课堂学习，
原则上不接受延期等，也有认可多邻国考试等消息，喜忧参半，实在是令人。。
offer把今天收到的ANU邮件整理一下，内容梳理如下：
1、2020第二学期开课时间7月27日，全部为线上
2、学校原则上不提供延期，特殊情况需发给学校进行单独评审
3、正式接受duolingo、TOEFL Special Home Edition and IELTS Indicator成绩
4、针对2020年第二学期开课的第三轮申请截止时间延长至5月18日

关于 Semester 2 第二学期开学
Semester 2 will commence on Monday 27 July 2020 with over 99% of our courses going ahead as planned. Courses will start virtually and will progress to classroom learning when the ACT Government advises it is safe for our students and staff to do so .
第二学期将于2020年7月27日开学，几乎全部的课程都将按计划进行。
课程将会远程进行，直到首都领地政府通知学生员工可以安全返校后再转为课堂学习。
Students will be provided an eCoE to apply for a student visa, and should regularly check the Home Affairs website for up to date visa information.

Students who are unsure about their conditions to study in Semester 2 2020 and would like to change their start date to Semester 1 2021 can contact ANU International Admissions (international.admissions@anu.edu.au) to discuss the change. The university cannot provide deferrals, but for some cases, it will be possible to send a new offer, with a new Semester start. Each case will be assessed individually by Admissions.
如要学生不确定2020年第二学期是否能正常入学，想要申请延期至2021年学期，请联系学校国际录取办公室进行商讨。

关于New options to meet English Language Requirements 满足语言要求的新选择
ANU has recently approved the Duolingo language test as an option for applicants due to commence in Semester 2 2020 who cannot sit an IELTS or TOEFL test. For more information on this test, please see here. ANU will also accept the TOEFL Special Home Edition and IELTS Indicator to meet English conditions. The results required in these tests are the same as the results required in standard IELTS or TOEFL tests. See here for further information.

Other flexibility measures In addition to the new options for English testing, the university has adopted other measures to make it easier for students to apply:
ANU will accept indicative results from IB and A-levels as proof of meeting academic requirements.
Students can also submit scanned copies of documents for their application, as long as they are high quality, colour copies.

关于 Semester 2, Round 2 Offers Released, Round 3 extended 第二学期第二轮录取发放，第三轮截止延期
Offers for Semester 2, Round 2 were released on 7th April. ANU has also extended Round 3 applications until 18th May, so students have extra time to gather necessary documents and submit complete applications.
第二学期的第二轮录取已于4月7日发放，也将第三轮申请截止延长至5月18日，学生可以有更多的时间来收集材料递交完整申请。
