  雅思小作文9月考情分析:

  本月小作文的题型比较多变,动态图,静态图均有涉及;图形中主要是折线图的占比较多,为2/3.其中静态图的比较并不容易,考生需要在备考时注重找出静态图写作的要点; 动态饼图写作需要关注图形的趋势变化,极大值和极小值的对比,相似值之间的描述;除此之外,考生还要关注倍数关系,文章结构应当完整,具备开头段,总结段和主体段。

  本月大作文考察了三种题型,分别是讨论双方类,利弊分析类以及同意与否类,即Discuss both views and give your own opinions, drawbacks and benefits, to what extent do you agree or disagree. 涉及话题为常考的教育类和社会生活类话题。社会生活类的历史话题相对来说比较具体且贴近生活,需要考生在写作时尽可能论证清楚逻辑,尽可能多的用不同的表达; 教育类话题一直都是高频话题,建议考生多关注教育类的历史考题,积累相关素材。 文章结构也应该具备完整的开头段,主体段和结尾段。

  Introduction:

  There is no doubt that exploring the objective of education is a valuable discussion. However, people hold divergent perspectives concerning the topic that whether the overarching aim of education should tilt in favor of societal values or individual aspirations. In my view, both aspects are equally important for social and personal development.

  Body Paragraph 1:

  On the one hand, people associating the objective of education with the socialization of individuals may define the meaning of education from a macro point of view. Most governments provide citizens with free compulsory education and offer qualified individuals scholarships to colleges and universities because governments believe that education helps people become better citizens. As a consequence, students can gain theoretical and practical skills, which enable them to find decent jobs as well as make informed decisions. Thus, education serves the purpose of imparting knowledge and teaching individuals the importance of obeying laws, making them qualified members of society.

  Body Paragraph 2:

  On the other hand, some people consider personal ambitions as the primary driving factor to receiving education due to the formation of individualism. The concept of individualism means that people own the freedom to make their decisions without being affected by others. Adhering to such concept, some people contend that receiving education is a purely personal matter, and to be more specific, they may pursue higher education solely to increase their earning potential. In such case, denying the relationship between education and societal development becomes understandable because some people do not want to shoulder social responsibilities.
